- We / Us
- LogicWeave Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR.
- User
- Any person or legal entity accessing or registering for the Service.
- Customer Data
- Information and configurations you upload, enter, store, or import into the Service.
- AI Outputs
- Automatically generated scoring, summaries, drafts, tags, classifications, and reports.
- Lead Credit
- The usage unit consumed for lead generation and public-mention monitoring.
- Third-Party Content
- Public posts, profiles, conversations, and information obtained from external sources.
2. Introduction
These Terms govern your access to OutseekAI. By accessing the Service, registering, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm you can bind it. Stop using the Service if you do not agree.
3. The Service
OutseekAI monitors public conversations, identifies business intent, classifies signals, drafts replies, connects workflows, and analyzes market and competitor activity. Features may include listening, scoring, AI summaries, translation, tracking, exports, integrations, and APIs.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration details. Keep credentials secure and report unauthorized activity promptly. Do not share, sell, transfer, impersonate, or create accounts to evade limits.
5. Subscriptions, trials, billing, and cancellation
Paid features require a valid subscription under the limits and billing cycle shown at purchase. Payments are handled by authorized processors. You may cancel through account settings or service@outseekai.com; access continues through the paid period. Completed billing cycles are generally non-refundable except for qualifying service outages. Trial abuse may lead to restriction or termination.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, spam, or harassing activity. Follow privacy, anti-spam, consumer, employment, and data-protection laws.
- Do not scrape or bulk-extract outside authorized exports or APIs.
- Do not reverse engineer or try to obtain source code, models, algorithms, or private systems.
- Do not build or benchmark competing AI services without written permission.
- Do not bypass quotas, rate limits, access controls, or security restrictions.
- Respect third-party platform rules and do not process sensitive data without consent and a valid legal basis.
7. Public data, third-party content, and AI output
Third-party content remains owned by its original rights holders. We do not guarantee its availability, accuracy, legality, or commercial usability. AI outputs are drafts that can be inaccurate, outdated, biased, or incomplete; verify them and review replies before use. We do not promise any lead, meeting, revenue, or performance outcome.
8. Customer data and privacy
You retain ownership of Customer Data and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. We do not sell it to advertisers. Each party must meet its applicable controller or processor duties, and we use industry-standard safeguards for confidential information.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
LogicWeave Limited and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, workflows, models, documentation, trademarks, and brand assets. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for internal business use only.
10. Disclaimers, liability, and force majeure
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by Hong Kong law, implied warranties are disclaimed. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected; otherwise, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, profit, opportunity, data, goodwill, or interruption losses. We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, overdue payment, legal or operational risk, platform requirements, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access. You may stop at any time, but existing payment duties remain. Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. Clauses intended to survive termination remain effective.
12. Governing law and disputes
Hong Kong SAR law governs these Terms and Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction. The parties will first attempt good-faith mediation for 30 days after written notice before starting court proceedings.
